At Q:alliance, we are committed to listening, learning, and growing. We welcome all feedback — whether it’s a compliment, a suggestion, or a concern.
If you’ve had a positive experience with one of our people or services, we’re eager to hear about it. Sharing what we’ve done well helps us recognise the impact of our work, celebrate and take pride in our good practices.
If you are unhappy with any part of your experience with Q:alliance, we also want to know. We take complaints seriously and treat them as an opportunity to improve, address concerns fairly, and ensure everyone feels safe and respected.
