Neurospace - Outdoor Session (Adults)

Join us for a slow-paced evening focussed on wellbeing, community and nature connection, at Caldecotte Lake. This space is for ages 18 and over. 

This is the first of a short series of three outdoor wellbeing sessions, across the city’s wonderful green spaces. 

This space is an opportunity to slow down and tune into your local natural environment. There will be some optional activities throughout the session, but this ultimately your wellbeing space, so you can engage as much or as little as you want. This is your time to connect with nature, surrounded by community. 

This session’s activities involve bubbles, board games, and an optional scavenger hunt. Feel free to bring your own board games, bubbles and blankets or chairs to sit on.
