Terms & Conditions of Booking

  1. We do not charge VAT.
  2. Invoices are payable in advance of the training module date or within 28 days of the date of our invoice, where the module is booked 28 days or less before the module date.
  3. Because of the costs of administration and room bookings, a cancellation fee is charged at 100% within 3 weeks of the module date and 50% within 6 weeks of the module date.  If we can fill the place(s), we will still incur administration costs but we will reduce the cancellation fee to 50% within 3 weeks and 25% within 6 weeks.
  4. Delegates may be substituted at any time prior to the start of the module without incurring any additional fee.  Please note that unless we are notified at least 1 week in advance, we can not guarantee that attendance certificates will be provided for that individual on the day of the module.  However, we will endeavor to provide this after the module.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel a training module at any time for any reason without notice.  If we do so, we will refund any fees paid in full.  We will not be liable for any financial or other loss incurred by any delegates.
  6. Under no circumstances will Q:alliance refund the cost of delegates travel, subsistence or other expenses.
  7. Module fees cover the cost of training materials, handouts and other resources, which are provided by us at our discretion.  We reserve the right to change, amend or withdraw the provision of any particular resource at any time.
  8. The number of delegates for standard and tailored modules is typically up to 15. We reserve the right to impose different upper or lower limits on the number of delegates for any of our modules.
  9. The main contact (the person making the booking) is responsible for ensuring that the delegates selected for the module have appropriate knowledge and background to participate successfully in the module.  Q:alliance can not accept responsibility for individuals who are selected and who are unsuitable to attend.  The module descriptions are provided to assist the main contact in ensuring this.
  10. Q:alliance may use testimonials, comments, interviews or information from module evaluation forms provided by delegates in any of its publicity materials.  Q:alliance will request permission from delegates if they are to be identified, but may use such information without permission if it is made anonymous.
  11. Q:alliance retains exclusive ownership and copyright on all materials provided or used during modules and this must not be used, reproduced or otherwise shared without explicit written permission of a Q:alliance training associate or Trustee.
