1) Pink Punters have a quick survey for you to take to help improve their services. You can take it on their website.

2) Milton Keynes Council are looking for your comments on their Equality and Diversity Framework – do you feel LGBT issues are being sufficiently represented/thought about? You can read the framework and offer your comments here.

3) NHS Milton Keynes want you to join in ‘the Big Conversation’ to have your say about local health services – more details here.

4) There is a Facebook group where you can give your comments about a new LGBT-friendly venue that is being planned for Milton Keynes. If you’re not on Facebook, you can also provide comments on the Gay MK email group.

5) Finally, and a little bit different from the others, Milton Keynes Council of Voluntary Organisations have three Community Mobiliser vacancies. Being a Community Mobiliser is your chance to make a difference working from schools and other community venues, you‘ll help ‘mobilise’ children, young people, their families, and voluntary and community groups to improve their quality of life. Milton Keynes College is working to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender staff and students.

Q:alliance is conducting a survey on behalf of the college to find out about your experiences of studying or working at the college.

The survey will help to find out what’s working well and where improvements can be made.

You should only complete the survey if you are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender and you work or study at MK College.

The information you give is in confidence.  No personal information will be given to the college that can be used to identify you.

The survey will run between the 1st and 12th of June. The survey will inform evidence we are providing to Age Concern England and a summary of the findings will be available on the internet in future.
