Q:alliance

Members are people who are publicly and openly supporting the Q:alliance
mission and vision statements

• Members act on a regular basis as interfaces to and from Q:Alliance to other organisations
• They inform the Q:alliance staff and trustees or any relevant news or activities they believe may be of interest to the LGBT community in
• Milton Keynes and surrounding areas;
• They speak about the Q:alliance mission and vision statements and activities as and when appropriate – this does not entitle them to make commitments in the name of Q:alliance.

Members will have the opportunity to freely advertise not-for-profit events and
links on the Q:alliance website and social media.
Members will receive regular updates in the form of emails with updates about relevant events
and news items.
Events  will be organised from time to time for all members.

Membership is open to:

• All trustees are members
• All staff are members
• All volunteers are members
• A promotion will be organized to encourage organizers of events in the area to
• become members
• Participants at various activities and events (e.g. GQMK) will be given the
• opportunity to become members
