We have been awarded a grant from Milton Keynes Council to co-ordinate a project that will show:

An increase in numbers of men who have sex with men (MSM) having HIV test annually.
A decrease in late diagnosis amongst MSM (or increase in early diagnosis).
An increase in numbers in MSM responding to surveys reporting safer sexual practices.

We have a very short window for recruitment so i would be grateful if you could help us distribute/advertise the post to a wider audience.

Opportunities for 14 – 25 Year olds in MK

Maybe Magazine and SaferMK have 8 exciting media projects that they are inviting young people, aged 14-25 to get involved in. They incliude Reporting on a fashion show to be held on 29th October at The Open University as part of
Black History Month, Writing an article and creating a video on the correlation of video games and rap/grime music to violent behaviour, Create a multi-media project analysing the concept of fear.

In return you will receive a FREE ticket to an exclusive concert, to be held in Milton Keynes on 4^th November. You will also be offered exposure and publicity and the chance to get involved in video production, photography, Rap & Grime music and a fashion show.

Marketing & Sales Assistant

Central Milton Keynes

4 hrs pw / £8.24ph / 6 months initially

Q:alliance is an exceptional and unique organisation that supports, enables and represents lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.

We have established a new training service and we’re looking for some help from an experienced marketing and sales assistant to promote our courses.

You’ll work closely with the project manager to identify target organisations, make contact with training commissioners, distribute publicity materials and help us to fill our training days.

You’ll be a persuasive person, experienced in establishing client relationships with a confident telephone manner and excellent written communication skills. And you’ll be self-motivated and willing to attend occasional evening meetings.
