The diagram above gives a simple illustration of the structure of our organisation. Starting at the top, we have John Goss, our Chairman who looks after the strategic direction of Q:alliance and represents us and our community on many committees.

The Chairman manages the Board of Trustees (also known as the Management Committee), which includes Vice Chairman Peter Kingham and our Treasurer (currently Jenni Ferrans). The Board of Trustees look after the strategic direction of Q:alliance. Our Vice Chairmain Peter Kingham chairs the Operations Working Group, which manages the day-to-day activities of the organisation. Peter also manages Jim Dalziel, the Volunteer Co-ordinator.  Jim looks after the volunteers and as we are a strongly volunteer led organisation a lot of work and emphasis goes into supporting our excellant team of volunteers. We have regular Volunteer Social & Support Sessions and many volunteers come to the Q:meet to socialise too.
